Time:  1 year for LCD panel and 3 years for accessories.

Solutions:During the warranty time, if B meet quality problems. B can send the product back to A for maintenance without charge. If the problem is due to B's operation mistake, A need charge the maintenance cost fee from B.

Shipping fee: B need to pay the shipping fee from B to A and A would pay the shipping fee from A to B.
